Lesson 11 (September 6 - September 12, 2025)
Apostasy and Intercession
Memory Verse: “Then Moses returned to the Lord and said, ‘Oh, these people have committed a great sin, and have made for themselves a god of gold! Yet now, if You will forgive their sin—but if not, I pray, blot me out of Your book which You have written’ ” (Exodus 32:31, 32, NKJV).
Lesson 11 emphasizes how God’s people are called to live faithfully in the closing scenes of earth’s history. Daniel and Revelation show that though trials, persecution, and deception intensify, God’s sovereignty stands firm. The faithful are sustained by trust in Christ’s victory, obedience to His Word, and perseverance until the end.
Prophetic Assurance
Daniel and Revelation reveal that history moves under God’s control. The end-time crisis does not surprise Him.
Faith Under Trial
Like Daniel’s friends in Babylon, believers will face tests of loyalty, but courage grows from a relationship with God.
Hope in Christ’s Victory
Jesus has already triumphed over evil powers. His intercession assures us of victory even when the world seems against us.
Mission in Crisis
End-time living isn’t passive waiting; it’s active witness, pointing others to Christ before probation closes.
Steadfast Obedience
God’s law remains the standard, not as legalism, but as an expression of love and faithfulness.
Applications
1. Live with Courage and Faith
Stand firm in loyalty to God, even when it costs socially, economically, or personally. Courage is not human toughness but trust in God’s promises.
2. Ground Life in Scripture
Guard against deception by constant study of God’s Word. Let Scripture shape values, priorities, and decisions.
3. Hope-Filled Perseverance
End-time living means patience: waiting actively, trusting Christ’s return is sure. Encourage one another with the hope of eternal life.
4. Witness in the Last Days
Share God’s character and love while there is time. End-time urgency should fuel mission, not fear.
✨ In essence: Living in the time of the end means courage under trial, loyalty to God’s Word, hope in Christ’s victory, and active witness to the world. God’s sovereignty assures His people that the end is not defeat but deliverance.
